Hello everyone! What would be your advice on recapping psychotic episodes? I always knew what they were back when I had them and could separate them from physical reality; they were vision-like I guess is the best way to describe them. Hi everyone. I think that a loved one who has passed away has become one of my spirit guides. I believe he has tried to contact me on a psychic level, but my grief is getting in my way. Is anyone here able to do spirit guide readings? I wish I could confirm that I am seeing, hearing, and otherwise perceiving him correctly, but I just can't be sure without some type of external confirmation. Hi, I am wondering if any changes occur with sleep as you advance in your Shamanic practices. For instance, did frequently practicing Shamanic journeying or other altered states of consciousness (including lucid dreaming) make you more/less wakeful throughout the day? Did it increase/decrease the amount of hours you slept each night? If so, were you practicing other techniques alongside it such as meditation? So recently I tried cleansing a soul fragment of mine by sending it to the galactic core for some clearing, but afterwards my left body started to feel a little empty and dissociative after asking my Higher Self to bring back the “piece”. I read online that the galactic core destroys souls, although im not sure if that counts souls embodying physical bodies. Is it gone forever? I got a simple cold last week. While I was lying in bed I had this inner voice (as if talking to myself) ask in the voice of someone I care about if she could come in. I went on a camping holiday to a remote beach about three years ago and decided to ‘Bear Grylls’ it and forage for my food and take a deck of Thoth tarot as I find it useful for meditating upon and accessing my subconscious mind. I've read some time ago on this forum, one of our nice teacher telling that when you're travelling geographically you're actually time travelling. Recently I've had to travel a lot by train doing approximately 75 miles in one hour and what I've felt I when I reached the destination, is that i travelled through time. Hello there, I'm new to this site and not quite sure what I'm doing. Anyhow, I'm currently studying Shamanism at open alternative college. I'm on lesson three in my course and I've a few questions I wanted to ask from someone who is knowledgeable in Shamanism.
