Hello everyone, and welcome. I am new here and I may not be a Shaman perse, but I am familiar with what is Shamanism. I find Shamanism quite wonderful, but I consider myself Universal. Meaning, that I am One with The Universe as I know many of you are. Therefore since I am One with The Universe, I have no specific title, but I find Shamans to have great wisdom. Hi, I'm looking for Maker advice on dealing with life outside of the Shamanic. I notice whenever I'm in my awareness/intent exploring around I am fine. Totally fine, mesmerized, very understanding and respecting of my personal power and starting to accept it. I needed a lot of rest today and allowed that so I dove into the sea a bunch to rest and recover, learning everything I need to know. with my *energy* that is. Hello everyone! This experience happened to me last year during the pandemic, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences Out of Body I ever had. This Out of Body experience happened in the afternoon. I laid down and tuned out all of the noises around me, and I closed my eyes and began to meditate while I was in bed. I slowly began to ease and did not make any movements. All of a sudden, I start to see with my Third Eye the ceiling above me with two random light bulbs, and slowly I feel myself floating above towards the ceiling. There is a spirit I feel that targets me to make me feel restless. it seems like its very strong and present near urban environment and technology etc but not when I am out in nature away from those types of electrical fields. I tend to feel at rest if I am alone out in nature somewhere. However it doesn't seem like I am ever capable of feeling restful, relaxed or have bodily peace any other time. i have a lot of medical things that make it that certain outside stimulus can trigger pain or seizures. Hi all. So I've been stalking on and off for like... 2 or 2.5 years. For me it's mostly a physical process so i'm wondering if i can use something like intent or anything else to get more out of my practice. I'll just describe what stalking looks like for me personally: There are times where i just change simple things like the route I use to walk to the store. But my primary method looks something like this: Snap my finger twice, make a gesture with my hand, tap on my refrigerator door three times, tap my foot, pick up a book, read one sentence, throw it across the room... etc etc. Just odd behaviors. I get psychosis about once every week and half to two weeks. I surmised at one point that if this is indeed a spiritual experience/spiritual attack that there must be a literal team of entitites feeding off my energy and manipulating my energy bodies and thoughts, each with their own specialty, towards the end of feeding on specific energy signatures that they manipulate into existence through messing around with my energy and mind. So recently I tried cleansing a soul fragment of mine by sending it to the galactic core for some clearing, but afterwards my left body started to feel a little empty and dissociative after asking my Higher Self to bring back the “piece”. I read online that the galactic core destroys souls, although im not sure if that counts souls embodying physical bodies. Is it gone forever? My other theory is that it could have been stolen by a negative entity? If that’s the case, are they easy to retrieve back?

Hi All, Two queries 1) While i was recapping, a particularly embarrassing moment from my past came up and i decided i wanted to clear it out. This type of energy seemed particularly stubborn.
