Hello my name is trey guinn i am new to this forum. i am not a shaman but desire to become one. I have a negative entity with me that wont leave me alone and tortures me. i was thinking if i contacted a good spirit that is better and nicer than the one that is with me now, that that spirit could help me to get rid of him. but i don't know how to contact good spirits. can someone teach me? are there any good shamanic courses out there? i'm worried because the spirit that is with me told me he wont let me get into and altered state or trance state of consciousness to call on good spirits. so how do i go about calling on a good spirit to take care of this evil spirit that is within me? is there a way to do it without getting into trance? any help would be highly appreciated... i would appreciate it even more if the person that decides to respond to this topic, if they would email me at treflyshard@gmail.com....... anybody is welcome to email me!
