This course is a deeper dive into the realm of active dreaming, taking you into the next phase of awake dreaming, a key aspect of shamanism. The class navigates through the process of aligning awake and dreaming energies simultaneously. The objective of the course is to learn how to utilise dreaming energy in our awake state, understanding the nuances of these movements and the hurdles that may arise. As stated, this is a hands-on class, and the initial stages of awake dreaming may present challenges.
